I had a mixed experience during my stay at Santa Claran. The rooms were comfy and well-kept, but there were some frustrating issues with amenities. While the location was convenient for my trip, the service left a lot to be desired.

I had an overall pleasant stay at Santa Claran. The hotel had a really nice atmosphere and a pretty lobby, though the cigarette smoke odor was quite strong when I first walked in. The room was spacious with modern amenities, but I did experience some noise from the hallway.

I had a lovely stay at Santa Claran while attending a bowling tournament. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and safe. However, the room lighting could have been better, especially in the queen room, and I found the beds a bit firm for my taste. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
